Let’s Perpare to Dance & Move

Let’s start off this week of living our daily lives while dancing in our spare time by setting up a good routine. Amara will cover proper warmup and cool down practices and stretching and fascia release methods to keep our bodies healthy. How to check in with our body to prevent injuries and translate movements so they work right now. Basic nutrition to keep our energy going. Pacing to sustain our energy. And managing expectations to keep our minds and spirits balanced. Our goal by the end of the week is to feel inspired and ready to go. So, let’s do this!
